They listened carefully to my "wish list," showed me a number of appropriate apartments (and introduced me to different neighborhoods), helped me whittle down the list to one, and then successfully closed the transaction on my behalf, delicately and quietly negotiating the deal without the apartment ever officially hitting the market. They also helped me retain excellent real estate professionals who quickly and efficiently completed all pre-contract due diligence work, as well as taking care of certain issues resulting from my being in the States, e.g., drafting a power of attorney. In addition, Eliezer has graciously offered to oversee the post-closing renovation project, which gives me tremendous comfort that the work will be done right, even though I am 6,000 miles away.
