Gedaliah Borvick

Gedaliah Borvick has spent twenty five years in real estate – as an attorney, as an investment sales broker, and most recently as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Extell Development Company.

Notwithstanding his wealth of commercial real estate experience, which includes over $2 billion worth of transactions, Gedaliah has always been most passionate about helping friends find homes for their families, starting in Bergenfield, NJ, and continuing in Israel in 2003, when he made aliyah. In 2010, he decided to “turn his avocation into his vocation” by setting up a unique firm that provides outstanding client-driven service, focused on helping families from abroad navigate the often challenging process of purchasing and selling homes in Israel.

Gedaliah received his bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University, and is a graduate of the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. He, his wife Fayge and their children live in Bet Shemesh.

Danny Rosenbluth

Danny Rosenbluth has spent his career working in real estate and technology. He has developed two new Israeli neighborhoods totaling over 100 single-family homes, shepherding the projects through the intricate phases of the development process. He was a partner in a real estate and technology company, managing Israeli technology companies and serving in executive and board capacities.

Danny has spent the past three years assembling a residential development company in Romania, where he created a “best in class” local team, boasting a talented staff of architects, project managers, marketing professionals, accountants and attorneys. Danny uses his breadth of experience and his multi-disciplinary talents to create a strong and dedicated team at My Israel Home, and to identify real estate opportunities for our clients.

Danny was born in Canada and has grown up in Israel. He graduated Bar Ilan University's Economics program and is a reserve intelligence officer in the IDF. He and his wife Yonina and family live in Aderet, a Moshav located between Bet Shemesh and Gush Etzion.

Irwin Borvick

Irwin lives in Jerusalem with his wife Judith and is thrilled to help friends purchase homes in Israel, which is a continuation of his life's work of reconnecting Jews to our homeland. Irwin's entire career has been in the service of the Jewish community, first as a pulpit rabbi and later in the world of Jewish communal work. For the past twenty years, he has served as executive director and then as director of Israel operations for One Israel Fund, which supports the welfare and safety of the Jews of Yesha. Irwin studied in Yeshiva University and received semicha from Rabbi Joseph Soloveitchik zatza"l.

Judith Borvick

Judy Borvick lives in Jerusalem and fills many important roles for My Israel Home, serving as a trusted advisor, editor, and Jerusalem neighborhood guide. Having made aliyah ten years ago, she, together with her husband Irwin, embrace many of the wonderful opportunities that Jerusalem offers its residents, including attending classes, volunteering, participating in cultural programs, spending time with family and socializing with new and old friends. Judy attended Stern College, earned her law degree from Hofstra University, and was a legal editor before making aliyah.
