Gedaliah Borvick has spent twenty five years in real estate – as an attorney, as an investment sales broker, and most recently as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Extell Development Company.
Notwithstanding his wealth of commercial real estate experience, which includes over $2 billion worth of transactions, Gedaliah has always been most passionate about helping friends find homes for their families, starting in Bergenfield, NJ, and continuing in Israel in 2003, when he made aliyah. In 2010, he decided to “turn his avocation into his vocation” by setting up a unique firm that provides outstanding client-driven service, focused on helping families from abroad navigate the often challenging process of purchasing and selling homes in Israel. Over the past few years, Gedaliah has helped over one hundred families buy homes in Israel.
Gedaliah writes a column on the Israel real estate scene for a number of prestigious U.S. periodicals; his articles can be found on our Blog page.
Gedaliah received his bachelor’s degree from Yeshiva University, and is a graduate of the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law. He, his wife Fayge and their children live in Bet Shemesh.
